A well tuned bicycle will bring many hours of enjoyment so all we ask is that you

• You bring the bicycle in for its first free tune-up service after approximately 20 hours of riding.
• You bring your bicycle in for a tune-up service at least every six (6) months.
• You bring your bicycle in as soon as you notice something not working properly.

Full Lifetime Warranty

Every bicycle purchased from Junction 27 Cycle Centre includes, for the original owner, a FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturers' defects on the bicycle frame and rigid fork. There are a few exceptions of which you will be advised. Also included is a One Year Warranty on all mechanical components of the bicycle. Junction 27 Cycle Centre's warranty includes repair or replacement, at our discretion of any item deemed to be defective. There will be no cost to you for parts or labour on any item deemed defective. Consumables are not covered by any warranty and these would include, pedals, saddle, handlebar grips, cables, chain, tyres, inner tubes and brake blocks unless defective when new, i.e never used.

To clarify

• Normal wear and tear is excluded ( a crack in the frame would be covered, brake pads wearing out or a flat tyre would not ).
• Suspension components are covered by a one (1) year warranty against defects.
• Damage to the bicycle caused by accidents or while being used in competitive events is not covered.
• Custom bicycle frames are covered by their respective manufacturers frame and fork warranty.
• This warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser of a new bicycle.

Ride Satisfaction Guarantee

Buy your new bicycle with confidence! At Junction 27 Cycle Centre, we're only happy when you are! We want to GUARANTEE that you are totally satisfied with your new bicycle purchase. So, if you are not completely satisfied, return your bicycle in new condition within 14 days and we will gladly exchange it for another model or refund the amount you paid. If the bike is not in its new condition, Junction 27 Cycle Centre will refund the full resale value which is the maximum that we will resell the bicycle for on our showroom floor.
